Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, redeeming, and/or using the “Passport México” product, which may be in the form of a card, coupon, mobile ticket, printed ticket, or electronic ticket issued by Passport México SC, a tourism company based in Mexico City (referred to as the “PASS”), you, on behalf of yourself, any accompanying minors, or other individuals for whom you are responsible, as well as your heirs and assigns (collectively referred to as “You”), agree to the following terms and conditions with Passport México SC, its officers, employees, successors, and assigns (referred to as “We” or “Our”):

Validity and Usage of the PASS

Each PASS is valid for a single entry to the attractions included at the time of purchase (an “Attraction”) unless otherwise stated on the PASS. The PASS must be used before its expiration date. The validity of each PASS is for 9 consecutive days from the first day of use, except for FLEX and TI PASSES, which are valid for 60 days from first use. All PASSES are non-transferable, and identification may be required to enter an Attraction. Passport México SC is not responsible for lost or stolen PASSES.

Attraction Rules and Availability

You are subject to the terms, conditions, and rules of each Attraction as a condition of entry. Attractions may alter their hours of operation, temporarily close, or change/discontinue services without prior notice or liability to Us or the Attractions.

Adult and Child Passes

Individuals exceeding the age range for child passes must purchase an adult PASS. Attractions may deny entry to anyone outside the eligible age range for a child pass who presents a child PASS. Any misuse of a PASS, such as using it for multiple admissions or fraudulent activities, is considered a criminal offense. You are responsible for the proper use of each PASS you purchase and consent to having your credit card charged for any misuse. Misuse may result in the confiscation or cancellation of the PASS without refund.

Media Consent

By entering an Attraction, You consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or images of You captured during your visit by the Attraction or Us for any lawful purpose, without compensation to You.

Refunds and Restrictions

PASS purchases cannot be combined with other discounts. Used or partially used PASSES are non-refundable. Refunds are available only if the PASS has not been used at any Attraction within 365 days of purchase, in accordance with Our Refund Policy.

Assumption of Risk

By using the PASS, You voluntarily assume all risks related to personal injury, loss of property, and any other hazards associated with your visit to an Attraction, whether occurring before, during, or after your visit.

Our Role and Liability

We operate as a tourism marketing company and have no control over the operation of any included Attraction. By purchasing the PASS, You agree that Our liability for any claim, injury, loss, theft, or dispute (“Claim”) related to your visit to an Attraction, travel to/from an Attraction, or your experience purchasing the PASS through a third-party seller is limited to a refund of the PASS price, regardless of the nature of the Claim.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

By purchasing the PASS, You agree that any Claim made by either You or Us, directly or indirectly related to the PASS, will be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Federal Consumer Protection Office. The arbitrator may award monetary or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief, and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual’s Claim.

You agree that class action claims and collective remedies are specifically excluded and prohibited, and all claims will be subject to arbitration on an individual basis. The laws of Mexico City shall govern these Terms & Conditions without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Waiver of Class Action Rights

By purchasing the PASS, You agree to waive all rights to participate in or pursue any class action or representative action in any court or arbitration proceeding that arises from or relates in any way to the PASS.
